Beautiful place!

"The staff were so friendly and the inside of the room itself was beautiful. Where it's located is also a lovely little town, they have some delicious food and an amazing chocolate making place a short walk from the hotel."

Inspired by the coast, this 40-room boutique hotel offers guests a luxurious and relaxing place to call home while exploring the Mornington Peninsula.
The architecturally-designed accommodation is anchored in the fabric of Flinders and inspired by its natural surrounds; abstract waves define most of the facades, timber cladding, stone and splashes of colour are evocative of the Flinders pier, cliffs, sand and sunsets, giving the architecture a character that resonates with locals, patrons and the surrounds.
The Deck Bar and Bistro has a relaxed, casual environment - the perfect spot for a quiet drink or meal. Zigis Bar also offers ocean-inspired dishes, centred around seasonal produce and the freshest seafood. Created by multi award-winning Head Chef Michael Cole, Zigis showcases the Peninsula’s unique coastal surrounds on a plate. The curated drinks list highlights the Mornington Peninsula wine landscape, as well as a few select domestic and international offerings; with local, craft and premium bottled beers and cocktails.

Georgie Bass Café and Cookery School also offers a seasonal approach to breakfast and lunch seven days a week. The Cookery school has fun, interactive weekly classes for up to 11 attendees in a spacious environment, with individual state-of-the-art Miele appliances. The classes revolve around foraging, seasonal and ‘paddock to plate’ themes.
The Flinders area is an appealing holiday destination due to its scenic coastal location, set amongst rolling green hills and surrounded by some of Australia's best wineries and local fresh produce. Flinders Golf Club is only two minutes’ drive from the hotel and features stunning panoramic views across the Peninsula.

  • I treated my lovely husband to a surprise birthday stay. He was absolutely thrilled with the quality of our room, which was spacious, clean and very inviting. We loved the location, the town offerings and our rambling beach walks.

Many have access to a private terrace and it is worth asking for one of these when booking. The breakfast is delicious.
