Town of 1770 Beach Shacks are nestled in the lee of a magnificent headland on the shores of The Inlet, a tranquil, safe water anchorage. Lovely bay and headland views are captured from these lovely bungalows. Just walk across the road and find yourself on the serene, tropical beaches of Town of 1770 Proper. An ideal spot for a romantic getaway for two.

Town of 1770 Beach Shacks are unique in appearance and atmosphere. They offer self-contained accommodation, with spacious, opulent tropical architecture with extensive use of local and imported timbers, and spectacular water views from every level. These exotic bungalows are designed to be opened to the tropical breezes. The lounge and dining area, with kitchen overlooks the wide deck, as does the master bedroom. Some even have a second bedroom, should you wish to share the experience with some friends. 

Enjoy the many fishing spots, bush walks, secluded beaches and reef cruises in the area. The Great Barrier Reef is at your doorstep. Town of 1770 is the closest departure point north of Brisbane, with tours every day to the reef. You won't want to leave The Beach Shacks, but when you do, you'll be totally relaxed.

The living area is open plan with TV, DVD and CD player. Timber French doors lead to the large deck, giving you more space to relax and soak up the tranquil beach surroundings, with gas BBQ, dining area and deck chairs.
