Ripples on the Creek is a 100-acre Wagyu cattle farm located on the scenic ‘Lions Road’, set in the foothills of the Border Ranges National Park - just two hours south of Brisbane, and 20 minutes north of the local township of Kyogle, known as the ‘Gateway to the Rainforests’.
Their stylish cabins are a wonderful spot for a romantic getaway. Nestled beside the beautiful Grady’s Creek, each one-bedroom cabin provides you with rural surroundings, comfort and a touch of luxury. A place where you can relax, rejuvenate and reconnect.
There are three cabins for you to choose from. All cabins feature a spa bath on the deck, king size bed, fireplace, well-equipped kitchenette, coffee machine, Weber BBQ, bathroom with walk-in shower and rain showerhead, a separate lounge/dining area, Smart TV, air conditioning and a spacious deck with views of the creek and/or countryside.
There are plenty of things to see and do. At Ripples on the Creek, you have the choice of simply staying in the comfort of your cabin and lazing the days away; or alternatively heading out and exploring all the property has to offer. The creek that meanders its way through the property, offers swimming, fishing, bushwalking, and platypus spotting. There is a hill that you can climb for an early morning or late afternoon walk, and you will be rewarded at the top with the view of the glorious landscape. There is a range of bird life and other wildlife on the property, as well as pretty gardens to explore. Ripples on the Creek is also a great base for discovering all the Northern Rivers region has to offer, including the Border Ranges National Park which is only a short drive from the property.

Midweek (Sunday to Thursday): From $240 per couple per night.
Weekends (Friday and Saturday): From $260 per couple per night.
Your stay at Ripples on the Creek includes a continental breakfast hamper for two, with cereals, bread for toast, butter, spreads, milk, fresh fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee and fruit juice. Public Holidays: a 20% surcharge applies. Christmas/Easter/New Year: a 30% surcharge applies. Single night stays attract a surcharge of $60. A two-night minimum stay always applies over Christmas, New Year, Easter and all Public Holidays. 10% discount is offered for stays of five nights or more.

FEATURES
There are three cabins to choose from. ‘Serenity’ was renovated in 2019, is closest to the creek, and has a small set of stairs into the cabin. 'Silky Oak’ was renovated in 2020, is set back a little from the creek but still has lovely views of it, and also of the creek flats where the cattle graze. It has a ramp into the cabin. 'Fern Hill' was established in 2020. It is slightly smaller than the other two, however features a servery window from the kitchen onto the deck. It has great views across the paddock and of the hill across the creek.
