Four beautifully appointed studio apartments are nestled among the vines on a stunning 25-acre property in the heart of Red Hill.

Perfect for couples in pursuit of an indulgent escape combined with good food and fine wine. Each stylish villa features a king size bed, open fire, spa bath and vineyard views. Villa Four also offers a private sauna.

The onsite restaurant Polperro Bistro, provides seasonal harvests from the estate into a constantly evolving menu and is a must try during your stay. The cellar door adjacent to the bistro, is a stylish space to sip through the Polperro and Even Keel list; villa guests are treated to a complimentary tasting during their stay. 

There's no compelling reason to leave the Polperro property, but if you do wish to venture out, there is a myriad of things to do and see in Red Hill and the magnificent Mornington Peninsula.

PRICES

From $400 to $485 per couple per night, including light continental breakfast provisions for the first morning of your stay. A two-night minimum stay applies over weekends; three nights over public holidays and the peak Summer period.

OPTIONAL FRILLS

They are open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday, plus Saturday nights for dinner. They are operating exclusively on a beautiful daily chef ’s menu from $105 per person.
