WATERLILIES TREEHOUSE CABIN
Built close to the lake’s edge, the Waterlilies cabin has its own private walkway access which winds through palms and rainforest, making it very private and secluded. The name suits its location perfectly as it has an amazing view across the water.
This fresh and jewel coloured cabin was the first cabin to have a hanging fireplace built and designed by blacksmith Ralf Driessen, and also features beautiful wood carvings both inside and outside the cabin.

THE BOWER TREEHOUSE CABIN
Located high in the rainforest, The Bower cabin has a breathtaking view. Hidden away, the cabin is accessed via elevated wooden walkways and your very own drawbridge. It offers some of the best views available, taking in the length of Lake Baroon from your own private deck.
This spacious treehouse cabin, high up in the rainforest, is spacious and features beautiful wooden floors and hand carved fixtures, as well as a unique ceramic tree sculpture in your shower by Rebecca Wilkie, ironwork by Ralf Driessen and has been recently refurbished by interior designer Tracy Dunne.

POSSUMS TREEHOUSE CABIN
At eight metres above the ground in the rainforest treetops, the Possums cabin is the highest treehouse, giving it a very special view of the lake and gardens below. It has a luxurious sunken spa bath that is in a prime position to catch the panoramic view, and the built in swing seat on your balcony offers one of the best spots to sit and watch the amazing sunsets.
With wooden ironbark floorboards, hand carved fixtures and ironwork features, this luxury treehouse cabin is the perfect weekend hideaway spot for couples.

TWO FROGS TREEHOUSE CABIN
The Two Frogs cabin is nestled in the rainforest with a fireplace and double spa bath to keep you warm in winter. It has a special reputation for being the location for the most amount of proposals out of all of the cabins at Secrets on The Lake. In winter, it catches the sun perfectly, and in summer it gets a nice cool breeze. With a view of the lake across The Secret Garden, and hidden away in the rainforest for seclusion, this luxury treehouse cabin is a delightful weekend destination for couples. Its wide red gum floorboards, hand carved fixtures and recently updated furnishings all contribute to the special ambiance.

LIZARDS LAIR TREEHOUSE CABIN
The Lizards Lair cabin really does make you feel like you are in your own little lair; from the moment you walk through doors, with their special frill-necked lizard carved into them, you will know that you are entering your own special and secluded little den.
Featuring wide recycled red gum floorboards that add a feeling of richness and luxuriousness to the cabin, the Lizards Lair is full of beautiful and hand-crafted wooden carvings, ceramic wall art and iron wrought features. With an amazing lake view that you will even be able to see from your bed, this cabin is a cosy yet spacious haven for you to spend your romantic escape in.

THE SECRETS PENTHOUSE TREEHOUSE
Their flagship “honeymoon suite” cabin Secrets is for couples looking for something extra special. Secrets sits high in the rainforest on a rock ledge and backs onto a grove of palms and ancient red cedar trees, and guests who stay here have access to their own private waterfall that falls over an ancient cliff face. The impressive Secrets bathroom looks out directly onto the secluded cliff face and has a large walk-in shower with a beautiful mosaic floor.
This cabin is very popular with newlyweds and honeymooners due to its breathtaking panoramic views of the rainforest greenery and Lake Baroon. It is the largest of the one-bedroom penthouse treehouses and has an extra dining area with a view of the rainforest and waterfall.
Secrets is home to many local artist’s work including a beautifully hand carved front door by Jack Wilms, stain glass windows by Marion Uithol as well as some iron work and mosaics. The artistic creativity as well as the location of Secrets makes it an amazing location for a special honeymoon, anniversary or celebration.

DRAGONFLY PENTHOUSE TREEHOUSE
Backing onto a cliff face and sitting on a large sandstone rock, Dragonfly is nestled in the rainforest and boasts amazing views. It has beauty both outside and within, with a total of 29 art works featuring dragonflies including wooden carvings and wrought iron pieces.
Recently refurbished, the Dragonfly penthouse cabin is both spacious and secluded, offering a great destination for a romantic holiday.

PLATYPUS PENTHOUSE TREEHOUSE
Platypus is a very private and secluded penthouse-sized treehouse, right on the edge of the lake and at the end of its very own hand carved boardwalk. It has amazing views of the lake and lawn from its beautiful sunken spa.
This cabin is named after the numerous pieces of platypus-themed art that you will find in the cabin, from hand carved wood works to stained glass windows. There is a beautiful sculpture in the lounge room that compliments the elegant step down spa and iron bark flooring perfectly, while Rebecca Wilkie’s bathroom feature makes staying in the Platypus feel like you are living in a world of art.

THE NEST PENTHOUSE TREEHOUSE
The Nest has one king and two queen sized beds and sleeps up to six people comfortably.
The Nest is nestled in the rainforest away from all of the other treehouses to maximise privacy. As this cabin sleeps six people, it is great for small groups on an eco-retreat, wishing to explore the natural beauty of the rainforest or relax with family and friends near the wonderful waters of Lake Baroon. It is often used by wedding parties getting ready for their big day as well as for family reunions or birthday celebrations.

Built in a similar style to the penthouse treehouses, Wait-a-while has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/dining area and large exterior deck. In true Secrets fashion, this cabin is full of artistic wood carvings, including an amazing wooden sculpture that houses the television and sound equipment.

THE WHISTLE STOP CABIN
The Whistle Stop cabin is a beautiful and unique heritage-style building from 1910 that used to be a train station. It was removed from Beerburrum railway over 20 years ago and brought to Secrets on The Lake where it was placed on the lawn next to a rainforest stream and to enjoy the rainforest views. The Whistle Stop has been a labour of love and renovation and your hosts have endeavoured to preserve its original beauty whilst adding modern luxuries and comforts to it.
The 40 acres on which ‘The Whistle Stop’ is located has its own rainforest, streams and waterfalls. It can accommodate two or stretch to cater for a family or two couples as it has one queen bed and two singles. The Whistle Stop offers a back-to-nature escape for those wishing to explore the natural beauty of the rainforest or relax near the wonderful waters of Lake Baroon.
